Lord God, Giver of Breath, You sustain every respiration I take. I pray against this tightness, shortness of breath, and chest constriction. Forgive my panicking reactions. Holy Spirit, breathe through my airways, dilate my bronchial tubes, and oxygenate every cell. Calm the anxious nerves that tighten my throat. Grant easy, smooth, peaceful breathing by Your healing virtue. In Jesus' name, Amen.
