Pray With Me

Father, I feel alone.

Sometimes people are around me and I still feel unseen. Other times the silence itself feels heavy. You know the difference between solitude that restores me and loneliness that drains me.

Meet me here.

Remind me that my life matters even when I do not feel noticed. Guard me from believing that loneliness means I am unwanted or forgotten.

Give me courage to reach out instead of always waiting for someone else to notice. Lead me toward healthy friendships, church community, neighbors, mentors, or support where I can both receive and give.

Heal the places where past rejection has made me afraid to trust. Give me wisdom about relationships that are safe and mutual.

I pray for others who are isolated—the elderly, people far from family, those grieving, those starting over, and those who feel invisible.

Use me to notice someone else too.

Tonight, today, and in every quiet moment, remind me that Your presence is not imaginary comfort but a steady truth I can return to.

Stay close to my heart.

In Jesus’ name, amen.
