Pray With Me

Father, I am tired, but my mind will not slow down.

Thoughts keep circling through conversations, responsibilities, fears, and possibilities. I bring every one of them to You. You know what is real, what is uncertain, and what I am trying to control.

Help me release the need to solve everything tonight. Show me if there is one practical step I need to remember for tomorrow, and then help me let the rest go.

Quiet the tension in my body and the noise in my thoughts. Remind me that wakefulness is not failure and that I do not have to be afraid of a difficult night.

If I am carrying grief, loneliness, pain, or anxiety, meet me with compassion. If I need medical or practical help, give me wisdom to seek it.

Guard my home and the people I love while we sleep. Let this room become a place of peace rather than worry.

Even if sleep does not come immediately, help me rest in Your presence. I trust that You are near in the quiet hours and faithful through the night.

I place my body, mind, and tomorrow in Your hands.

In Jesus’ name, amen.
