Pray With Me
Father, I do not know everything this day will hold, but You already see what is ahead.
Guide me before I rush into my plans. Help me recognize what is important and what is merely urgent. Give me discernment about where to spend my time, what to say yes to, and what I need to decline.
When I face choices, keep me from being driven by fear, ego, comparison, or the desire to please everyone. Make me attentive to wisdom, truth, and the quiet conviction that leads me toward what is good.
Direct my conversations. If someone needs encouragement, help me notice. If I need to apologize, make me humble. If I need to speak honestly, give me courage and gentleness.
Lead me away from distractions that pull me from the person You are shaping me to become. Help me respond rather than react.
I trust that guidance does not always come as a complete map. Give me enough light for the next faithful step and enough patience to wait when the way is not clear.
Today, I choose to seek You before I seek control.
