Father, as I begin this workday, I invite You into every task, conversation, decision, and responsibility ahead of me.
Help me work with integrity even when no one is watching. Give me focus when I am distracted, patience when progress is slow, and humility when I need correction. Keep me from measuring my worth only by productivity, recognition, or results.
Give me wisdom with coworkers, customers, clients, leaders, and the people I serve. Help me listen well, speak truthfully, and respond with grace when tensions rise. Show me how to be dependable without becoming controlled by pressure.
I bring You the parts of my work that feel uncertain—the deadlines, finances, expectations, and decisions I cannot fully control. Teach me to prepare carefully and then release the outcome to You.
If my work feels meaningful today, keep me grateful. If it feels repetitive or unseen, remind me that faithfulness still matters. If I am searching for work, open the right doors and sustain me while I wait.
Let the way I work reflect patience, excellence, honesty, and love for people. Give me strength to do what is mine to do and wisdom to stop when the day is done.
I place my work in Your hands.
