Heavenly Father, from whom every family in heaven and earth is named: I pray for fathers today, and I consecrate myself as a father/leader before You. Forgive my anger, my passive abdication of spiritual duty, and my distracted presence. Fill me with the Holy Spirit. Give me patience to instruct without exasperating my children. Teach me to love sacrificially, provide faithfully, and lead my family toward Christ with humility. Amen.
